Andydn54, I have been better with my discipline this time around. Yes, I agree on your perspective of making it become a habit. Once I had started and the first two weeks were my most challenging. However, I did not stop there. I had 5 classes in the summer and assignments were due everyday so I had to be consistent and I kept that with me even now into the Fall semester. So...:thank you.
Birukabate,
Yes, I have decided that I want to have discipline all around the various aspects of my life which includes my spiritual life: and it has been working. For me, I turned everything into a routine. I wake up in the morning and spend sometime with God before I do anything else. I make better food choices that will help my body to feel more pure. I spend less of my time watching TV shows that are not constructive and more time watching the one that will give me constructive knowledge. I try to ensure that my constructive time is spent mostly by reading and spending time with my though process (if that makes sense). Thank you and FYI, I am a woman.
