Time Management Support Group
This community is devoted to helping those looking to improve their time management skills. Time management is commonly defined as the various means by which people effectively use their time and other closely related resources in order to make the most out of it.
There is only so much time and so much energy every day.
Try save time by using paper plates - saves time on having to wash plates. Do not watch TV except perhaps for a fav show or watch a DVD (you can carry on watching some other time). Don't skip breakfast - you'll need that energy. Instead of having to prepare meals from scratch use some canned goods every now and again, bearing in mind that fresh food is best. When it comes to washing your face and cleansing your armpits, use moist wipes most of the time - this really saves you time. Establish a routine. A routine can be a powerful tool for getting things done because even when it's messed up on one day, you can come tight like a boat that's overturned and get back in the saddle quicker, so to speak. Get 7-8 hours sleep, take power naps, use snacks for energy. An energy drink on occasion may be useful but don't abuse caffeine because you can get headaches and actually end up feeling even more tired than before. Focus on the essentials. Time is our most precious commodity so don't waste it, and don't let people waste your time either (but don't be rude!)
