For those of you who doctors have said \"I can\'t find anything wrong with you\" yet you live day to day in pain, numb, pins and needles, dizzy, exhaustion, light headed etc. NO YOU ARE NOT CRAZY
Hi, i was just wondering if any of you other undiagnosed folks out there have ever asked yourself the question, "Am i crazy?" I certainly have. It just seems when i go to the doctors they are just calling me a hypochondriac or are just asking "Are you sure it's not just you're depression" and it happens so often that i sometimes do wonder. Maybe i am making up all these symptoms, or maybe they are real but they're just there because i'm a bit mad. But then i realise, no, these symptoms are not ones that come and go with my mood, even when i'm happy i can still be ill. And i went to a hospital appointment with a rheumatologist last week and he seemed to think my symptoms were pointing to something, and he's the expert right? I just don't understand how i can feel so ill but the tests show me to be perfectly healthy. It doesn't make any sense! I have a journal entry called "Frustrations with being undiagnosed" which explains myself further. But really i just wanted to know if any of you felt the same way and (if you have) how you got over that?

This is such a good post. This happened all the time to me for 10 long years until I was diagnosed to the point when I was diagnosed with an incurable illness i was happy! crazy but true. I think sometimes now i still feel guilty like i am really not sick cause i had been told this for so long. I have a friend with a muscle disease that is deteriorating badly. He was told for years that every MRI, blood test, emg and other test that nothing was wrong. He has a very rare condition, I will go and read your post.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
