I miscarried in July and now my husband and I are TTC. I went to work and found out that my friend is newly pregnant and I for some reason I was crushed. I ran home and had to take a pregnancy test to find out if I was pregnant too. The test came out negative and I am really upset right now. It is still 7days before my next period so I think its too soon to really tell...i hope so! Did anyone take a test 7 days before and it come out positive?!?! Thanks for your feedback....

Hi there - you definitely took the test too early. Way too early, wait until the day you are due for your period and if you dont come on then take the test if you take the test too early then it doesnt detect the HSG hormone which is found in pregnant women - even when i took my test the day i missed my period the line was a little faint. The longer you wait the better the result - ideally you should wait 1 week after your missed period but if you're anything like me you wont want to wait that long - you can take some tests 3 days before missed period but not 7 hunny. There is hope, definitely wait a little longer, I tested 6 days before my AF was due and got a very faint postivie but we were using ultra sensitive test sticks. If AF does arrive this time then stay positive, you have another cycle coming up and thats another chance for a baby. I miscarried in January 08 nad Gave birth to my DD in December 08, i never thought it would happen but with positivity and strength it will...hang in there x
