My son overdosed on heroin. His father and I had to preform Cpr until emergency people showed up. That is something that no parent should ever have to do. He was taken to the hospital and checked out. He refused to spend the night. dumbass !
He had been doing well with his drug issues but last night after dinner he caved in to his demons. I am sitting here wondering where do we go from here. Where do I find some kind of rehab that works with tbi. Where do I find one that does not cost a fortune...........and better yet can I get him to go ?
He is all but disappointed with the medical community. He feels like there is no one to help him. Probably due to all the meds he has tried and stuff. He is schedules to go to UC Davis Medical center neurology dept. I am hanging on that that one......hopefully we wont get disappointed yet again.
I am numb this morning....I am at work wondering how the hell I am going to make it today. My eyes are red and swollen and I look like shit . Feel that way too. I should have stayed home but my coworker is out of town until the new year and someone has to run this office and help doctor with patients............
