Well he turned himself in on the bench warrant the cops had on him. It was for not completing his work days for a charge that got dropped. They are calling it a probation violation.........I guess I am just stupid because how can he be in violation when the charge was bogus and dropped.
He got pulled over initially for making a wrong turn. Road work had changed the direction of the on ramp and son did not understand that. The cops noticed he was acting weird....all hyped up, which is his normal depending on how anxious he is . The cops saw the rx bottle of valium that had 10 in there. The bottle read that there should be 90. He told them that his mother keeps all his medications....they laughed and said yea right.
They took him in to do a blood test after he pasted all the field sobriety test. Cops just knew he ate 80 pills. So after nothing showed in his blood they had to release and drop case after 2 court appearances. So why 30 days of work release then ? I can not get an answer from anyone. Son did not complete his work days because about half the time they would send him home because they had nothing for him to do.
Anyways drama, drama and more drama. My husband is missing all the fun since he left tuesday to go hunting. Lucky man !
