She/he has been reported and the account has been removed - Chris, I and a few others were working on it and left hugs warning anyone who came to the profile that is was a scam and sometime yesterday DS removed the account. But there will be others and I suspect that this person will be back again too.

Good to point this out Gene - especially for any new people to DS who are not aware of the scams that happen here. Wish there were some way that DS could stop them before they were able to send out their rubbish.

Thornie: You are giving DS WAY to much credit; it is highly unlikely they CARE/will DO anything about SCAMS. It interferes w/their cash flow LOL

You can't stop someone from doing something before it's done.

Aw....well I just got the most long note from the person you said to avoid.

What should I do about it???? Maybe nothing.....as I think I have just been named next of kin and I am going to receive about 8 million US dollars. VACA, first class on me!!!!!!!!!

You should copy or forward the message to DS. Go and put a hug on their page to warn others.

It looks like it is a robot page (an internet version of those recorded calls that they send out to random phone numbers) as it doesn't seem to be monitored as the hugs are not removed even though they are telling everyone that it is a scam.

Never do nothing. This - and selling things and services - are taken seriously by DS and as soon as they are aware of it the accounts are closed.

LOL! I misunderstood your message last night Hathani.....instead of putting a hug on the DS page, I hugged the person we were suppose to ignore. Put I did forward the message to DS.

I received a PM from a nice lady sending me a warning to beware of those types of letters.....and was concerned that I had sent that person a hug.

So for anyone out there thinking I would fall for that type of request, not to worry.
