Is there hope after years of csf putting pressure on ones brain one can ever get their full brain function back? Or is that damage irreversible?

it depens on how fast after wards you get treatment. like, i lost feeling in my legs for like, a month after my surgery and like, i started loosing my mental abilities and they came back after a while, with therapy.
