This is a group where we are trying to raise awareness of this chronic disease. This disease effects nearly 20% of the population...and is a very serious illness that should not be taken lightly.
I'm new to this board. On Dec. 10th, 2008 I was diagnosed with a benign tumor which is causing me to have non-communicative hyrdrocephalis. On Jan. 5th I had and endoscopic third ventriculoscomy to re-route the fluid in my brain. I'm 11 days into my recovery and still having dizzy spells, anxiety and heaches. Is there anyone else out there who has had this procedure? I would really like to talk with someone who has. Trying hard not to get depressed.
