My AC unit is out! I'm so upset. We just got a little money to pay off some bills and now this expense. That's how it goes for us:( I do have someone coming out today to look at it. I pray it isn't much to fix but I wouldn't be surprised if we have to have a whole new unit. We got took on the unit we have. It's never worked exactly right.
I'm still not baby sitting. Baby's mom is still waiting for a client. After not babysitting for almost two weeks it confirms that I do not want to babysit any more. I don't know if I am going to hold out til Aug. when she starts school or not.
Just got youngest off to school, now I can go back to bed for an hour or two.

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...

i hope they fix your AC unit and it doesn't cost to much. its very tiring looking after little ones, it wouldn't be so bad if you just did it a couple of days but you had her a lot. when she goes to school what about school holidays?
Have you seen my cat tower i built, its in my photos.
I'm working on a garden bench at the moment, before that i made a dog house for my sister. She saw the cat house i made for Milo and wanted one for her dog.
Milo's one was built for him to have somewhere dry and warm just in case weve all gone out and no one is around to let him in.

We are working our way to over 4 inches o rain today. Kim Frank made your black eyed pea, roasted corn and avocado salad today. Not much else going on. I had two doctors appointments and happy they are over.
No grandchildren this weekend.

I so pray that you will get a good price on a new one.
I so love my grandkid's but I am not crazy about babysitting. But if I have to I would rather babysit there instead of here. They have all their stuff there and it really makes it easier.
Hippy, I hope that you got a good report on your Dr. visit's.
Empathy, it sounds like you a very talented if you are able to build a garden bench and a dog house. Very impressed!!

My doctor's visit was ok. My X-ray shows I will need a cervical MRI. That will be scheduled soon.
