good morning cherry and all hens, i bet it is good to get rain for a change. no shoveling!

spring has sprung here and the birds start chirping at 3am. glad i got a reprieve for a couple of hours and did the dishes and have some banana bread in the oven.

i'm hoping to run some errands today, but i'm not sure if i'll find the energy. i'm so happy to be able to sit on the balcony, but i wish i didn't have a natural alarm clock outside my window.

I also bought a dye for my hair, long over due, what a bargain, it was a discontinued line and i got it for 70p!

I went to town and had a look around the mall, but i got so tired i came home home after getting what i went for.

I did an annoying stupid thing yesterday, i joined a new group and typically i got a new friend request and without thinking i clicked accept, but a second after i saw the word male, but by then it was too late! You see i dont normally accept men requests, personal reasons, if you look at my friend list its female dominated, i could kick myself.

Morning buddies. Whoa, Empathy, your picture changed!! I love how hair dye has gone down in price over the years. I like how it makes my hair feel so good after. My hair is so thin so it make it feel thicker.

I love the morning chirpers. My new dog hasn't gotten into the morning poop routine so we had a long walk this morning before work. Glad it wasn't raining.

Head is killing me so I'll close my door, put on my headphones and hope nothing urgent comes up.

Enigma hope your headache gets better. Do you give treats when your new little girl goes potty? Might be a good idea until she gets trained to go on command.

I don't have anything to do today thank goodness because I hurt my back yesterday. All I did was bend over and clean the cat litter. Taking ibuprofen for it, it should be ok in a day or two.

The other day I found a bizarre sounding 'hug' from the one male member whom I absolutely can't tolerate. I have no idea what prompted him to do that, but it made me mad as hell! I chose to not respond, but ooooohhhh...I had words ready!

Ive been here for a few years and what annoys the hell out of me most... depending on what Avi you have is what denotes how many friend requests you get from guys! Seriously its almost laughable, i put up a photo of a woman (not me) its like honey to a bee , once i put up a pick of a child just to see.. and nothing!... Thankfully, cos lets face it that would have been worse and really freaked me out!
I'm sure some guys think its a dating site, you can always tell as when you go to their friend list its all young women.
I like to be expressive with my AVI, so i'm not changing that cos of a few sad men!

I like my Avi because its neutral and some think I'm a guy. I've even had this woman blast me on the migraine forum for not understanding woman's needs (gasp). Last guy I talked to on the chat wanted to talk about his masterbating. Really! Not! Unfriend.

Hi from the west coast ablaze with trees blooming, bulbs bursting forth and birds chirping and building nests. The squirrels are busy with their 8 seconds of mating and the raucous they make when I dare to approach their tree nests. AM

Something woke me from my slumber at 3 AM and then my mind starting whirling around. Very unusual for me and it was not welcomed. I finally fell back asleep and got up at my usual time. The fur babies were waiting for their going outside and breakfast. The new kitty is growing by leaps and bounds. Shoot, she just climbed upon the kitchen table.

My hair needs colored. It is wildly curly and as I got older I embraced it. The new color is darker then I have done in the past because my hair bleaches by the sun even though I wear hats.

I really need to do my taxes but not feeling it today. Yes, I need to be in the right mood to think numbers. My dyslexia causes havoc with typing which is why it takes me so long to post as I reread what I have written.

Time to do something constructive.

just went to swim lessons with grandson, what a fish, just like his grandma was!
I don't do guys either, that i know of. I think i have one and he is from way back.
Had a ok night with out hubby, tonight will be better, then he'll be home and i'll have to get use to him all over again.
I don't trust me to do my own hair. Last time i did it it was blond/ green. I have a friend that gives me a discount and i give her a tip, works for both of us. T go Thursday, yea!
My morning birds start at 5;30, wake us up then they stop by 6:15, crazy robins. I love to sleep with the window open, and am a morning person, but that is too early.
My 7 month puppy is a pain and a mess. I sure miss hubby when i walk in to her crate and there is poop.!!
She also need to play fetch every night before bed, and i am to tired to chase her and the ball. She is deaf so it is a challenge!
Where are the fires? I heard there is a big one in California already. I have an ap so I'll look them up.
Well late lunch and more packing. some have wished me a good trip! I am just moving next door, no trip, down sizing.

Just wanted to add, I have been a blond, looked pale as a ghost. I have been a red head, looked yuck! I have been completely white, death warmed over, so back to brown, and that can only go so far. Ha!

I need hair color soooo bad. But I need a hair cut much worse. I've been an Auburn brown which is a bit red and brown and I alway's liked it. I even had compliment's about the color from time to time. But my daughter's told me that they liked my hair dark brown as it was before. Sooooooo of course that is what I am doing these days. Thinking that I am going to back to what I like.

As far as the hair cut - I am waiting for her to come back from maternity leave. I have been to fancy shops and paid alot of money and I was never as happy as I was with the last cut from a chain salon that someone recommended.

Please, no one yell at me when I say this, but I did not know that black women knew how to cut white people hair. :-) I was soo wrong!! She is the best.

I have a few guy friend's but they are DS Admin's and friend's I've made in my game rooms. But the one thing that bother's me is why do I keep getting friend request from these 17 year old kid's. It is alway's in the depression group that I have not looked at in ages......and I don't want to do that again. I have 2 friend's request on hold and of course I don't know what to say. How can I say no to them?

When I first signed on I was looking everywhere to find someone who had this swallowing phobia/anxiety problem. But I never found the answer until I heard from the only person who understood and shared this problem. It is one in a million. ;-(
