I'm headed out to Jackson with dh today. It will be an all day trip so you Hens behave while I'm gone;)....don't let any roosters in the Hen House!:)
I think I'm going to go by Hobby Lobby and look at paints, I've been wanting to get back into art. I know!....I could paint Bonnie lol.
The 2nd debate is tonight, who's watching it?
Hope everyone has a good day.
Hugs and clucks,
Kim

88FWhat I do like is early morning clouds and then they disappear and the sun comes out. That was it's cooler in the morning. I'm sitting here looking out the window at the hummingbird with the river and dike as a back drop. It's hard to invision ever leaving but I'm also a realist with aging, especially when the luncheon we had with thirty former classmates on Monday. Sandra, we get news of...

89FToday it is again another hot day but cooler then yesterday. Since this is August it is to be expected in my neck of the woods. All the grass is yellow and flowers are starting to go to seed. I need to water my garden but this time of the year I'm so over it, which is weird because all my plants have their fruit or veggies.Sandra, this time of year reminds me of your Dad and his toms. We'd...

This morning i went to the doctors and he said these twinges i'm getting are more than likely anxiety, if its the beta blockers i fall in to the very rare section for side affects.
After that i went to see my new counsellor and we talked (obviously!) then she did this anxiety relaxation thing on me and i ended up having a panic attack! Yes, so that went well! Got to laugh really haven't you!
ive come home and ate too much, comfort eating i think.

empathy, that sounds like me...i've ended up in 5% of side effects with so many meds. sorry that happened.
i'm better rested today, but i did get a shot in both arms yesterday - flu and pneumonia vaccines. i'm a little stuffy, but i think that's just me.
i need to tidy up here in every room and take a walk once it warms up. yes, i plan to settle in and watch the debate tonight. hope i stay awake!
cluckity cluck...
I have a few jobs to do at home but have not got to them yet... hopefully this afternoon pain will get better!

I had to scrub out the crockpot I used for chili yesterday and mop floors before my client got here. I did a color/cut and now I'm done for the day. I really need to make a little more money than that! Other days make up for it, though.
My neck/shoulder/ upper back are hurting pretty bad. They were before I did all that stuff and now...well, with lack of sleep, too. I need to lie down, but I told my tenant I'd bring chili and cornbread over for his lunch so it will have to wait for just a bit.
Kim...so glad you're picking up an old hobby just in time for Winter. It good to have a project going.
Empathy...I'm the queen of bizarre side effects, too. Years ago, a therapist tried to guide me through a relaxation/hypnosis type of thing and I had a similar reaction. I swore that would never happen again!
Serenity...ouch. I have no fear of needles, but anything that punctures the tissue now causes me a terrible amount of pain for a few days...ridiculous. I feel your pain!
I goofed around long enough so it's now time to go heat up the chili and make a delivery next door.
