I'm not doing much today. I slept in until 10, i think i needed it after not getting any sleep over the weekend, or it could be the new blood pressure pills slowing me down.
I feel a lot better today, but i have walked a short walk to the shops to get some fresh air and i got all het up and hot and bothered, Ive had a couple of brief moments of feeling light headed, again i'm not sure if its new pills or their is something wrong with my heart, or general anxiety!

Off to Reno for a i phone problem to be solved, then a few earns as we will be in the big city.

Dinner and a walk around to old cars as it is "Hot August Nights" and it is how 100 plus!

I started doing hair in my kitchen this morning...so far so good. My portable shampoobowl is brilliant! I could fall asleep in a heartbeat, but I have 2 more men's cuts this afternoon.

At 4:00.....zzzzz. Or maybe not.

Anniversary celebration good very good. Glad we came. Very relaxing. National Ppark with lots of history.
The hotel started in early 1830 and has be renovated many times. It is very historical. We have a mineral springs rooms with the natural spring water flowing from taps. I can have y own bath ritual without goin to the bathhouse. The water is healing for arthritis and other ailments . We shall see.

More tomorrow. Turning in.
