Yep, I'm starting this post and I'm starting it positive, damn it! Our Province has created a paid new holiday to break up the bleak rainy days and on Monday they called it "family day". I'm taking tomorrow off for my counters so that is a four day weekend for this chickiepoo! (insert happy dance).
Agenda = bust some boys' club butt and take no crap from these guys. Clean off my desk from nigglie stuff thats been hanging around too long, and go home and clean up for counter guys.
This Sunday I have to go Downtown to see my teen son's girlfriend. Don't know if I mentioned that she is competing in Ms. Teen Canada Pagent. The girl doesn't wear any make up or jewelery so I was surprised when she told me that she does these competitions. Very nice girl and I hope it is interesting. I'll give her my support.
Anyways, whats up with you guys.

i'm still sitting in the dark, but the monster is gone. my brain is adjusting...slowly. i ordered feverfew from amazon last night and didn't check the shipping address, so it's going to my incompetent ex's address. i sent him an email begging him to forward it. couldn't bear the thought of calling with a migraine.
sorry for all the snow that's dumping on friends in the NE. we're having rain for the next week, but warm temps.
what i WANT to do is a load of laundry, make kale chips, and find normal pain. i have to say the firing range isn't active today - yay!! i want to buy a grenade launcher soooo badly and shoot one over there, but it's a dream, not a plan.

Well I To my son into the ER last night. They did a CAT scan and his appendix is ok. What a major relief that was. They did blood work that was ok but his ruin was very concentrated so they said he isn't drinking enough water. He also Suggested that I see a different doctor and follow up. He may have to see you gastrologist if the pain continues. The ER Dr. Even suggested some doctors for me to see.
On the way home we stopped at Walmart and I bought some Mylanta for him to try. We came home and I made him drink two glasses of water before bedtime. This morning I made him drink another glass and take some more Mylanta. So far haven't heard from him from school.
The clinic prescribed Prilosec. I don't know whether to go pick it up or not, Or just continue trying the Mylanta.
Anyway I'm a very relieved mom!
My plans for the day, are to clean the bathroom and then I'm going to head out to the fairgrounds to the helping hands auction. It's a yearly auction where people donate items and then they are auctioned off and the money donated to local charities. I'm not donating anything this year, so I thought I would go buy something instead. It's a fun way to buy a meal for supper.:)
