Cherry thanks for keeping us up to date. I was wondering if the CDiff cleared up. I will keep Cathy in my prayers for her surgery and a speedy recovery. Do you know what the surgery is?

Hi Everyone,

First of all, I am blown away by all the love and prayers. Thanks to all of you for your concern it made me feel warm all over. The good news is that I had an awesome neurosurgery team and my aneurysm surgery went so smooth. I woke up in recovery like I had a refreshing map. Then they decided to do a second procedure to double check their work. After that one I felt like I had had a typical surgery. Had the typical nausea on waking and was miserable for a bit. But the great news was my aneurysm was well taken care of and I could scratch that worry off my list. I am a lucky if this surgery failed I would have died. I feel blessed!

The best thing that happened was with my seven year old grand daughter. While I was in the hospital and they put me in a room where I could have guests. The first person who burst through the door was my grand daughter . She jumped up on my bed took my face in her hands and said, "Oh Grandma you are so beautiful and now you have a halo." My little peanut saw me through her heart and not her eyes. My incision is seven
across my head from ear to ear. And it is 1/2 inch wide with evenly spaced staples. So it does resemble a halo ,or head band. I am blessed to. have such genuine love in my life.

I so appreciate all of you and I am sorry I am around so seldom. It has just been a crazy time.
