Good morning Dixe, We watched that movie a couple of years ago and quite a story and great movie!!!!

We are going to church and then have a Harley Owners Group meeting and then later today having friends over for the game.

I will be hoping that the Ravens win too!!!

Good morning...

This was supposed to be my day to do what I wanted...whenever I wanted! I made a huge Streusal Coffeecake and my Parents are on their way for a little coffee break.

Then I got a call from a friend/client who lives a couple hours away. She's in town to visit her Mom and wants a color/cut/wax...the works! So she's due to arrive about the same time as my Parents. I'll be multi-tasking and I won't have time to myself until sometime in the afternoon.

I don't watch any sports so I'm afraid I can't share your enthusiasm, ladies. I might try to catch the half time show, though!

that is a good movie, dixie, and i'll be for the ravens, too. i'm not a big football fan, but this is a spectacle. hope it's a good game. no guests or parties.

Good morning.
Woke with that awful scratchy throat at 4. So today drinking tons of tea and cleaning. I hear hubby vacuuming as i type. Then watching the game with hubby and gson.

I am not a big sport fan these days. My husband will watch. He doesn't miss many games including college games. His college team is Notre Dame and Arkansas Razorbacks. He is a KC Chiefs fan and I am a redskins fan. I followed them along time up until Joe Gibbs quit as coach. He will be cheering for the Ravens.

Dixie I will let him know know about Michael Orr. This guy has an awesome story. Wish more people were like his adoptive family. Enjoy the game and KFC.

Serenity I read about your day yesterday and I hope you get some rest today.

Cherry you are so loyal to your clients. I hope it turns into a nice gabfest with your mom and dad there also. Maybe like a little brunch with the hostess working her tail off, or should say wing off.

Janie sure don't like the sound of scratchy throat. That is how our virus started. One of the DS Daily Community articles was about RSV. The doctor who wrote it had had it this year. The doctor said many adults and older children were being seen with it this year. The symptoms sure sounded a lot like what my husband and I had. It lasts for two weeks or more. Please rest and allow yourself that. If you are sick you may not want the grandson to get it. Ours was the opposite. We got it from granddaughter.

Speaking of "typhoid Mary" , that is what I am calling the granddaughter, she spent the day and night with us.
We brought her home after the basketball game she cheered at. She wanted to go to the shop that had the sale. We spent 2 1/2 hours there. Her only shopping experience with this store was Internet related and to be in the store was quite and experience for her. I can't believe I did this with her. I was completely drained by the time we walked out. Next rip won't be so bad now that she has seen the store.

I am doing nothing today. Tomorrow I have three doctors appointments. Last one at 3:00. Rest today. House will wait until Tuesday or Wednesday. I have leftovers and a fresh batch of vegetable soup so no cooking.
