Seriously...this is my family's absolute favorite. It makes a great addition to a gift basket or on it's own (add a little ribbon) as a home made treat when you just want to acknowledge a friend or co-worker. It's name reflects the restaurant that was the first 'trendy' little place of the 70s in my area.
Peter Christian's Mustard
1 cup white vinegar
4 oz. dry mustard
Mix and refridgerate for several hours or overnight. Use enamel, Corning or plastic bowl...not metal!
Add: 2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
Cook, strring well until boiling
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring often
Refridgerate and enjoy!
