Morning Hens,
I Am worried about a trick with meds I gave on the main board. About crushing pain pills up. I took for granted that people would know that not all pain pills can be crushed. ......common since right? ....apparently not. I even mentioned in my post that of course not all pills can be crushed. So now I'm worried someone will crush a pill that shouldn't be. I assumed too much. Of course extended release pills can't be crushed.....I assumed everyone knowes that.? Apparently not? Anyway......
I just need to stick to the Hen house where things can be changed if need be!!!
It sure was hard getting up this morning with it still dark outside. Course poor cherry was up at 1:00! Don't know how you make it through your days cherry with so little sleep.
Waiting on a phone call today that will tell me if my son will be charged for running his mouth again. He is suspended from school as of last Friday for talking about a kid. The kid went to the office and told the principle that my son threatened another student.....my son doesn't remember making any threats. So they are pulling the bus video / recorder tapes from the bus to review them. They are suppose to let me know today. I'm just a nervous wreck.
sorry for rambling this morning....nothing is going good right now , just needed to vent I guess.

We woke up to snow this morning, wow, that wind is so cold! I made it into the shop and did my bit, lots to do so that was good.

with the help of 1 advil pm, i finally got decent sleep. it's foggy and rainy here. i just want to stay in and work in little bits on so many things.

Empathy did you get a lot of snow? Did you have to walk to work in it? I would enjoy it if the cold didn't make me hurt so bad.
Serenity did you decide not to get out to see your dad today? Wish I was there I would take you whenever you felt like it.
Muskrat I def. have to take breaks from the depression board ...it is always hard in there. Hope you get your walk in and the migraines stay away.

Just got back from the store. I went early because lately i have been having vertigo/panic attacks again.
I don't know why, but thinking the vertigo if from the sinuse ear infection, thus causing panic. I may call and get a refill of valium as a 1/2 really helps. I hate doing that, but i have to get thro this once again :(
Glad for your son Dix, School these days one has to be soo careful, it is ridiculous.
I just am going to sit in the sun today and see into that scrap book for i pad.

Wow first day in awhile I have woke up with less pain. Hope it continues for awhile. I don't have any plans but it is such a nice day I feel like I need to do something besides sit on my deck. We will see. Maybe this afternoon.
Dix I understand how you feel and I am glad you got it removed. Now no controversially. Your post was clear and I didn't see it at as threat to anyone. You take such a moderate to low amount of med for pain and I am glad you found something to work. I know you have been in a bad flair for almost a month and I hate that.
Empathy glad you made it to the shop in the snow. Snow can be so pretty but it also can lead to slip and slide and falls. Hope the sun comes out and melts it.
Serenity happy to hear you saw your dad and that he is comfortable. Maybe next time he will be more talkative. Hope you don't have to wait as long for a ride.
Musk sounds like you are getting a good start on your day. I understand how we need breaks from so e boards. Everyday I am grateful for the hens in the henhouse.
