...to call my Pharmacy a few days in advance of needing my Fentanyl refilled when they have my script on file. If I try to refill certain meds early, I risk having my record flagged even if it's only a convenience issue for me. So I waited until yesterday afternoon to go pick it up...should have been filled and waiting for me. I even mentioned, a couple days before, that I'd be needing that one in a couple days!
Well...they fussed around looking for it...checked the computer and then brokethe news to me. They had it ordered but were out at the moment. The tech asked me if I had any more at home! (I did, but wasn't going to let on to her) I pointed out that it's the same script I get every 4 weeks and isn't something I can simply go without.
She said it should be in some time today. I had to ask her if they'd call me when it arrived....grrrrrrrr. If my favorite Pharmacist who is also the manager had been working the last few days, this never would have happened or she would have been on the phone with the Rite Aid a few miles away to see if they had any.
She isn't going to be very happy with her crew when she finds out. She's taken a particular interest in my case.
To top it off, I've been up most of the night with increasing neck and head pain from a long appt. at PT yesterday. The muscles in my neck were a mass of knots and it's right back where it was before. I have 3 clients to endure and then I can lie down.

My son in Georgia that had his car totaled is doing fine except to find a car where he lives in a tiny town and no rides. Since I'm paying there is a financial limit on the cost. Third, You were not whining. You are upset and needed to vent.

This morning when my head was throbbing and all my usual meds were doing nothing, I took a half dose of an antihistamine and it helped get me through. I'm hurting pretty bad now, but in a couple minutes, I'm going to stretch out for as long as my body wants to.
