It is Sunday, right? I was up from around midnight to 3:00 and for most of that time I was sure it was Monday!
First, I want to thank all of you for the wonderful support you've shown me while I've been struggling. Though I'm fortunate enough to have a family willing to help with the physical stuff, they wouldn't have a clue how to do what you do.
I had a rough day yesterday and couldn't focus enough to gather my thoughts and join in...hoping for a better one today. I saw my wonderful Pharmacist and asked her about Gastroparesis. She's always concerned and takes so much time to talk with me. She did a little on the spot research and printed out a paper for me so I could learn more about it. It turns out that I have a couple of the risk factors.
I'm eating only small amounts of very soft foods like yogurt and applesauce. Last night I started feeling sick again and I had a bad headache so I went to bed early. Yeah...I know...I always go to bed early, but this was ridiculously early. I didn't go right to sleep, but it was a better position for me.
My Mom's hair is due for a do! I guess that will be the biggest thing on my agenda...anything beyond that will be a bonus.

I am doing nothing. Woke up at 4AM and hope I can get a nap. Otherwise I am resting. We have a cold front coming in and my body feels like the 62 I am soon to be. Back pain and both knees. My neck is at the usual.

Sorry about the high pain and stomach issues. I so wish I hadn't broken my magic wand, I would have shared it with everyone. :):)
My world sucks, but I am sure there are so many with so much more on their plates. I am guess I am lucky for the little bit that I have to deal with. Praying for a nap today.

Ive hoovered upstairs and caught up on some programs i recorded.
The sun was shinning and the sky was a brilliant blue, so i dragged the other half out on one of my walks. He took some photo's (for painting purposes) of a tree which had beautiful yellow leaves, the sun on them made them look even better against the blue sky.
