I'm sure I have the day right, because the bobble head woman is scheduled for a perm and she's called 3 times to make sure she has the date right.
I hate to admit it, but I wasn't able to complete my super woman day yesterday. I worked my butt off in the morning and then my neck and shoulder spasmed so bad that I couldn't do the afternoon color. My client was very understanding, but now I have to figure out where to fit her in my schedule.
It's raining, I'm not in any shape to chase someone's head around with perm rods....oh, and yell because she's deaf! She still wants to chat! Ricky will spend the entire time on her lap so he'll be content! I will get through it and then the rest of the day is open to possibilities....or a rest.

i always overplan, but i don't have to commit to it. any more. i don't have to get out for any errands - yay!! hoping for another load of laundry, culling the fridge, possibly cooking and photographing a few vintage items, listing, and some housecleaning, do my nails...equal sitting standing...and probably lying down. so that's my overplan/wish list!

Busy days for you all. Wow.
I'm exhausted. Have German visitors at work and its been craming information and meetings all week. I'm so behind, plus all this new work.....it's in human. Today is the last day for one of them. Last Wed I had a killer migraine and it showed and today I feel another one coming on. Crossing my fingers.

I am pleased to report all your thoughts and prayers worked as my echo-cardiogram went well, in that i didnt have a melt down and a panic attack! I got a bit tearful, but thats ok.
The room was dark which made it soothing and there was music playing on a radio. I had a gown to wear and i had to lay on my left and she sat behind me with her arm over me, if you understand what i mean, so i didnt feel exposed at all. It is pressed quite firmly and it got a bit sore, but it was ok. She did the middle, well slightly to the left where your heart is and under my left breast, the top of my abdomen and the bottom of my throat. I had to breath out and hold it at certain points and i had to sniff a couple of times?! I heard my heart beating, it panicked me a little, but the more i heard it the more i thought it sounded ok and that put my mind at rest a little.
I asked if she could tell me the results, she said she couldn't, (not allowed) but if she saw anything that gave her cause for concern, she would get the doctor and as she didn't, i guess there wasn't anything life threatening! So i now have to wait until the end of November to see the cardiologist for the results of everything.
Its not stopped raining, very miserable.

I do get the black and white chromium lines. Usually in a circle that grows and blinds me for 20 minutes. Lately I've been getting a rapid lazer light show that lasts a few minutes but is really intense.
My day just got worse. Just got out of a meeting. Head is pounding and being called into another meeting where they want to grill me on why inventory is out so much. I called in the boss for this one. I'm not taking the hit alone. If I had been given an assistant a year ago when I asked, plus training on the new system instead of having to figure it out on my own, this wouldn't have happened. On top of exhaustion and insult, I find out that the two people that have been blocking my hiring, have just hired themselves assistants this week. I"m going to have to hold myself back from yelling at the choir who has been asked to interogate me today. Stupid corporate bullshiat.
Empathy, Glad your echo went well. If they are waiting til November to give you the results you know it is not life threatening. Keep us posted.
Cherry, you have better people skills than me. I would not succeed in your business. Glad you will be able to get some rest. Does a tens unit help with your shoulder & neck pain? Take care of yourself.
Dixie- Man you travel a lot. I would die riding in a car that much. Praying that you don't have a cold, just maybe a short term allergy :) I do miss being in the country.
I had a knock down with one of my clients, 3 of them against me. And I was in a lot of pain. Not a great combo. They don't want to pay me for 4 months of work. I left them with the fact that I do have a signed contract and I also fell down their stairs and re-injured my back. I meet with them again in 12 days, sure could use some prayers.
