There's and eclipse today?!? How awesome. I have been up since 1 am with a short nap from 7-9ish. I am definitely still under the weather from pushing so hard last week and have my brother and his boys over on Sunday, all day. I am just plain exhausted. Today the only thing I am planning to do is go to the drug store, I have scripts that I need to pick up amongst a few other things. I am putting the term NO into my vocabulary today. I just can't do it!!

Wishing all a clucking Good Morning!

Cherry we are cloudy today so probably no eclipse for us. Granddaughter with us after volleyball camp til mom gets off work. Me to the salon for low lights and touch up and trim. Pain is high. Cervical ESI tomorrow AM. No twilight. Just gas. Do I choose cherry flavor or bubble gum?

Sunny here, at least for now. Have to go to the dentist. Not looking forward to that.

I hear ya, Jenna. I also know the wrath of overdoing it. We gotta find our limits somehow, right?

i've been watching it inch closer for days.
made it to and back from GP with a refill and saw the real dr, but she's leaving this month. i did ask her for a referral to a more experienced female MD, rather than the wet behind the ears guy i saw last time. that pretty much wiped me out. 4+ hours...
i wanted to cook tonight, but i think it will be leftovers.
hope i can stay up long enough to see the moon.
also, stopped in a vintage bookstore i love in between. and gave penny her new scratch pad laden with dry catnip so she's hanging out at the window bird watching :)
shoulder isn't responding to pain pill. will try to get lido patch on.

What a day this has been. I slipped another haircu in between the 2 colors I had scheduled. I barely made it through the last one. My neck, shoulder and back are spasming with pain.

I'll be glad when I get a script for muscle reaxers from my doc tomorrow. I was sent to a pain clinic last Friday and the doc I saw was sending suggestions to my pcp. The 2 things I've asking her for are muscle relaxers and to change my patch every 48 hours instead of 72...she's been refusing. The pain management doc mentioned both of these things without my bringing it up...go figure!

She's also suggesting I see someone in their Infectious Disease department to check more extensively for Lyme.

Enough rambling from me...it hurts too much to type any more. I feel guilty whining about my pain when I know what our friend, rebecca, is going through.
