My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
It's extremely difficult to deal with him unless I go along with whatever he says. Very soon, there's going to be a huge upet because I'm not letting him take over my survival plan. I really dread what he's going to say and do.
We all love our children but we don't have to like their personalities. Stay strong. Hugs -RJ
He/she will likely have a very low self esteem so it would be nice if someone in the family keeps reminding the children that they are important and valuable under that great ego shadow until they learn to stand on their own.
People referred to my mother as Zsa Zsa behind her back. I later called her Mother Dearest because of what went on behind closed doors. People used to compliment her on how well behaved her five children were yet she looked so put together. Hmmmmm, I wonder how that happened?!
Strong kids grow out of adversity so that is the good news. Life is like that; noboday gets dealt all the good cards so we play the hand we get, the best that we can. Hugs to you darlin.
im thinking of your grandkids cherry cause it must be hard haveing a parent with this disroder. Hopefully the mom is sane. I still belive that the kids usually do just fine in life if they have one stable sane parent.

a whole lot of times...
it's really a choice..
and there's nothing you can ever do or undo to change that. at 34.. (says the 33 year old hen...) you're doing a great job of letting go and letting it go. you cannot change it now if you ever could have. i really, really, really feel for you at this point in my experience.
and i'm so sorry. i hope that you never take on any sort of self blame. the narcissist is just so because he prefers it that way.
