Hello, my dear hens,
Please forgive me for the long absence. Anxiety and depression got a tight grip on me when my Son left for the military. Not knowing how he was doing for so long was torture for me. After six months of intense training he was able to come home for a visit! Might be a year before I see him again, but at least I had a chance to see how great he looks and hear him say that he doesn't regret his choice.
I've become a news junkie and it's making me a bit crazy. I feel compelled to know what's going on in the world in case my Son is deployed. Even he told me to take a break from the news!
So....I hope you still have some nesting space for me. xoxo

As for your son joining the military I can only imagine the worry.
