I've been nothing but a couch potatoe today. Whoever in the hell put this damn vise grip on my hips deserves a bullet. Sorry it hurts to move anything. Had to say hi though.

i forgot to check in. my body wasn't happy today. i turned down a sushi lunch, but my sis was nice enough to pick up a few things and bring them by and get a lido patch on me. i did all sit down stuff today. still with that and breakthrough meds, it's hurting. do i get the epidural when the hip shot did nothing?!

did anyone see the pain chart, i think, RJ posted? could identify with that one.

Today in between appointments at work and doc I sat in my car and cried. The pain is so bad I can barely walk some days but there is no place in the world of normals for people like me. So, I just keep trying to grin and bear it in front of everyone but it is so very hard.
