dixie, i hope whatever he gave you helps. i haven't heard of this diet, but stay healthy. CP in and of itself causes fatigue.
i'm sure a 3 y/o princess does need a lot of attention from her court. glad you have this time with her.
gosh, i've been on meds where i gained weight if i breathed.

it's so dark here you wouldn't know it's day time and super chilly - sounds like the skies are about to open up. this has been the least springy spring. i'd hoped to be motivated today both around here and getting out, but not so sure now. i'll do some things around here since i'm feeling somewhat better.

Dix, i had some diet pills like that years ago, the only thing was i didn't sleep much at night, they were too good for fatigue! I did loose weight tho. I dont think we are ever ready to see our children go off into the world, still cant believe my one and onlly son has left home.

Seren, your weather sounds so gloomy. maybe it might cheer up later and you can get out for a bit.

We had lovely weather yesterday, it was like summer had arrived, but today its overcast and a bit chilly.
Ive been to work this morning, finished at 2 and i'm putting my feet up now.
Seeing my son at the weekend, cant wait!

good morning everyone ......I have been looking after my h ..he has been having a lot of side effects from the two cancer meds he is on ..he doesent have cancer but a virious ..hep c ...that .they need to fight agresavely ...and I have been angry so upset with the doctors ..our family Dr and the speculist he is seeing because I told them ..10 years ago he was realy sick and he needed the ....test ....I forget the name ..ware they put your hole BODIE through ...and when a few months ago they finaly gave it to them ..they found ...this ....so ....now he is in stage 4 and if he was in stage 5 there would be nothing they could do for him ..it would turn to cancer ............any way ..he wants me to be with him .....he can't do to much and is not use to that ............also that dog has been back in my yard ....and we went for a walk yesterday and that dog cam on to the road ...just as we went by ...but my h told him to go back home ..he dident he just sat ware he was ..but his owner was on horse back ....back Dowen there road ...supervising ..........we haven't called the dog catcher .....but if he comes in my yard again I think I will have to ......I have to feel safe in my owen yard ......been having migrains ..but feeling good today ....so wanted to pop in and say hi to everyone I haven't.................................................................dixe .........................that is a very long drive ...to babysit .....little children can be very demanding ..but they come up with the quietest things ..........I hope your new meds help ......good luck on your new diet ....I haven't heard fo thid diet plan but if it feels good to you ...try it .........rash time I have gone on meds I have sined weaight ...and found out that this time I was on two meds that caused weaight gain ....but not befor I gained the weaight ..so I got off one and I lowered the dose on the other ....and I am not gaining any more ...I went to the health food store to see if they had somthing to help me and when I told them what meds I was on they said they couldent help me .........and the doctors won't do anything eather ...so I am walking ..................it is hard when our children leave home ....but you will get use to it .and will start to be doing things you like ........that is how it went with me ...took a while ....but now it is realy nice for them to come visit with the family's and when they go home the quiet is realy nice to ...lol ..........take care ................................................................................................................................................................................serenity.............good to here you are feeling a little better ..the weather doesent sound so good ....we are finaly getting some spring weather .....and it is beautifull today ....hope you get motivated and get some things done around the house ....take care ....thankyou for the good wishes ....................................................................empathy ...........I hope you enjoyed the wether yester day ....it is beautifull out today here .........sounds very relaxing .....with your feet up ......I hope work went good .......very happy for you that you will be seeing your son ..this weakend ....have a great time ....take care ...............................................................we have only seen two of our children on Easter weakend ...they weren't sick ....on these meds my h can't aford to get sick ...his himiglobin ...in dowen ..if it gets worse they will have to give him medals and if that doesent do it he will have to get a blood transfusion ........so wish us luck that he will just stabilize .....they are checking ..him ..with blood tests ...so I can't go to see the kids if one of them is sick Eather ......so we are stuck with each other ...lol ...........take care everyone .....sending you my love ....big hugs ......God bless ....................................................................

musk, sorry your h is having such a difficult time. have you looked into the hep c group on here? i know the treatments are harsh. it's basically oral chemo. i hope everything stabilizes. there are also good supplements, but i don't know about their use with the meds. i can feel and understand your stress over this and all the rest.
