Morning Hens,
I meant to make it in here yesterday but I had company early and seemed I was busy the rest of the day.
Got another journal made. This one looks old. I'm going to start another one today. A real pretty feminine one. Just love making these junk journals:)
I had to paint my son's face this morning to look like a singer in the group Kiss. The one with the white face and black star over his eye. I did a good job but the paint was so cheap it looked bad so he wound up washing it off. Too bad it was a good costume, he had a black leather jacket and everything.

no real plans today. i was awakened by huge thunder setting off car alarms and it's damp. i will work on my clothes a bit, but the weather won't make up it's mind. i also need to find a chest of drawers. the glides on my dresser don't work well and they're a pain to open and close. looking on craigslist. that's about it unless i decide to go downtown.

seren, before you go buying a new cupboard, try some Vaseline on the glides or some cooking oil or some WD-40 : )
I went with son and GF to the decorating shop to buy paint, paper, paste... loads of decorating stuff, i cant go into details but we had to get it all in one go with money she as given. I had a small suitcase and they each had a granny trolley. I am so amazed we got it all in and we had to get on the bus to take it to her new little flat.

sounds like a fun day and i'm glad you got it all in one run, but that sounds taxing. i bet her flat will be something special!
thanks for the suggestions, but something has to be wrecked for me to give up. the glides are all bent and i can't waste my time putting in new ones. it's a pretty old wicker one, but i think it's just passed it's prime. i'm hoping something interesting comes along.
