Morning Hens,
Hard getting up this morning:( but kiddos must have moms even at 17 and 15 to get them off to school....what are they going to do when they suddenly don't have mom around?:)
Got my facial yesterday, spent too much, dh doesn't know yet....well, what he doesn't know won't hurt him right!
I had two foundation choices to pick from....you might know I would pick the one that was double in price!:( I have always had expensive taste!
Came home and had supper ready for the kids when they walked in the door...they actually ate!:0
Mom and I played in the crafts, it was a pretty good day.
Did some shopping online too....shhhhh...don't tell...lol
Today I have to finish a journal page and then start on the junk journal for the swap I am in.
So what are you girls doing today? Or what did you do yesterday?

today i have to go for a mammogram. claire asked someone else to escort her to her procedure, so i didn't see the point in two people waiting there all day. i had a spot last year, so i'm praying this one is clear.
i'm just going to fluff around here and tidy up and maybe prep something for dinner. also still doing some research for the care meeting at the nursing home. my dad had a very bad day yesterday which really upset my mother. full plate feeling.

Seren, hope your mammogram is as good as mine and hope the results are just as good, do you wait long for results? Full plate feeling.... Just eat a little at a time.
I went to the hospital this morning, i was worried about my ankle, there is visible bruising all around my ankle and its painful to walk on. The nurse said i have damaged the Anterior talo fibular ligament. Ive got to elevate it so no work weds and thurs which means no money!

Went back to yesterday to catch up. Missed out. Full week here. Had labs yesterday. Today a 7:40 Am with my spine doctor. Tomorrow my primary. Hubby has labs on Thursday. I will be starting PT next week 2-3 times a week. The goal is to release a nerve and get some motion back in my neck. It hasn't worked in the past but I am not giving up.
Kim good for you on the makeover and purchase. You will feel better. The time I spend once a month for my hair at the salon is like therapy for me. We all need to treat ourself in someway. Enjoy your craft day!
Empathy, ouch on your ankle. Having had a few dangerous falls myself I am glad it wasn't more serious. I know you will miss the money and most likely be bored off your feet. Hopefully you have a good book or some movies. Hopes up for speedy recovery for your dad. He will now see everything in living color. My hubby was so happy with his surgeries. The recovery with all the drops is a bit of a nuisance but well worth the results.
Angela what a wonderful way to end a workday. On the beach with a lovely full moon and a great guy. So romantic. We have had clear nights here and I have enjoyed that big old moon.
Serenity life has a way of working out sometime. Relief for you to not be at the hospital for so many hours with Claire. You are a good friend and she knows that. Wishing you the best with your Mamo. As a cancer survivor I can imagine the anxiety that comes with these tests. Sorry to hear dad had a bad day yesterday for both you and your mom's sake.
