Morning Hens,
I'm headed to Jackson with the kids this morning. It's tax free free weekend. I finally have some money...in the nick of time to take advantage of this tax free thing. There is a Ross for Less there. I really don't know of any other place the kids can look for school clothes. I'm not taking them to the mall. I'm going to pick up some Christmas paper at Hobby Lobby while I'm there for my journal making.
Keep us in your prayers....I'm letting Jacob drive (insert shaking smiley here) lol
Dh will be home this morning. In fact he may be here already sleeping outside in the truck. He said he wouldn't come in in the middle of the night and wake us up.

The blanket of depression fell upon me, i just needed some space.
I still dont feel great, but i'm holding up.
I had my mammogram, didnt hurt at all : )
2 to 3 weeks wait for results.
I went and totally forgot my physio appointment, not like me at all! I think my memory got fuzzled by being depressed.
Dix, your kids dont wear a school uniform? I dont know of any schools here that dont have a uniform, so no worrying about what to wear!

Got the house cleaned and lots of laundry done. Joint effort between myself and hubby. I always do mine in in bits and pieces. Add the extra touches. He does the heavy work and the reaching. I even got the the freezer empty after he got the ice chests out. So that is defrosted and I know what we have in it and got rid of a few things. Reorganized our refrigerator freezer also.
My neck is really giving me fits. I have an appointment the third week of this month for trigger point injections. The earliest I could get them.
The oven roasted tomatoes from our garden is a hit. I did some with a mixture of banana and hot peppers and the others on their own. Both have garlic cloves, kosher salt, pepper, and sprigs of thyme from my herb garden and are tossed in olive oil. This mixture is roasted in cookie sheets with raised sides on 275 degrees for two hours-two/half. Then jarred and refrigerated or put in freezer. It can be used in a pasta dish or used for bruschetta. I did a type of bruschetta with ricotta cheese the jarred tomato spread and bacon. Yummy. Like a BLT without the L. Next I am trying pasta. The plain jarred tomatoes can be used to make soup by adding chicken broth and a few other ingredients.
Kim hope you got some good buys for tax free weekend. We had it here and stayed away from Walmart. I think it is great the states do this for back to school.
Carly the hypnotherapist sounds like it can work. I can't begin to imagine how that would feel. I have problems often with something getting stuck and it is an awful feeling. To not be able to swallow I can't imagine the panic.
Empathy missed you bad and was worried. The depression cloud is a biggie and please know we are always here and I hope you come an read. You are a bright light in my day but I will take you however. You don't always have to be sunny. I hope you are feeling better and the world puts itself right for you.
Serenity I love peaches. Glad you were able to get some. The darn push cart, or as Empathy calls it the granny cart, needs to sprout wings and fly for you.
