Empathy so sorry your having back pain, there is nothing worse sometimes! Sure hope it gets better soon.
Janie your trip sounded wonderful.
Hippy this cold weather did a number on me as well.
I am so tempted to call in and cancell PT this morning! Yes I think I will. The ultrasound just made it worse yesterday. The cold has my pain back up sky high and I am miserable. Not going anywhere. Snuggling in my chair under a blanket with my Nala girl and a cup of coffee.
There has been a support group started by a mom for our local Marines. Her son just shipped out. So far I have been the first one to sign up. I hope it is a successful group. She wants to be active in writing letters and sending care packages ect. And just getting together for support.
So, no plans for me today. Just cuddling with my critters.

my cousin came into town tuesday and invited me to dinner - it turned into a weird drama i could have expected. i don't know if it's exhaustion or a bug but i could barely sit up yesterday. just slept and slept on the heating pad. more of the same today. i wanted to get to the computer place yesterday, but it'll wait til next week. i have to get in better shape for my nephew's wedding early saturday morning.

Work as usual today. I have a few emergencies to tackle at work (this is normal). I have a date/meeting tonight so a different kind of challenge later. I'm working on a movie project with a fellow that has a big crush on me so it's complicated.

Serenity hopes up you feel better tomorrow. Sorry your outing with cousin went weird. A wedding sounds exciting and fun. I love an excuse to get dressed up.

We had a fun cousins day here at Nana's daycare. The girls painted and then all four and grandpa had lunch at our local pizza place that has buffet for lunch. Of course there is a game room involved so there was entertainment. After lunch the girls painted again and then put bathing suits on and ran in the rain. Oh to be young again. All this really takes me back to my cousin days. Only problem is they were all boys so it was mostly cowboys and Indians. My only girl cousin lived in California so it is good I had sisters to keep the balance with all the boys.
