I want to start by apologising for being absent the last fiew months. It has been a rollercoaster and I honestly didn't know what to write about. Instead, I've been reading, going to school and trying to love myself a little more everyday.
I hope that although I was absent, you guys know that you can always inbox me for some free support.
It's almost 2018 ans I am ready for the next chapter of my life. I don't believe in the new year new me stuff. I'd rather say new year, new chances. You made it through 2017! That means a lot, a lot of us survivors didn't. Take your time to appreciate how faw you've come and how far you are going to get in 2018.
My good intentions for 2018 are:
1. Love yourself.
2. Cut out everyone whom is trying to bring negative energy in your life.
3. Take the wheel: only you can decide what road to travel next.
4. Trust your instinct.
5. Do what you love and do not ever, ever give up.
6. Remember; if you can survive and heal after rape, you can do anything. Anything you set your mind to.

I really like your intention too. It's something that I am currently trying to apply to my life as well. I must say that it is going into the right direction! Your own tempo is the only tempo you need to keep up with!
