All over again, I realized I had just watch the end of one of the best TV series of all times.
I just wish the automatic machine gun drive up/park/alignment was a little more believable. Or the reason jesse was brought to the clubhouse....uncle Jack would have shot Walt then and there on principle. I still loved it though.

Well, nice info on the Blue. I have to credit Bob Dylan with the tag Baby Blue, just have to get that in there, since his Baby Blue came first. Liked reading your notes on the guitars.
BB definitely one of the best series ever. I'm surprised they could keep a strog story line for as long as they did. Each episode totally crazed, it had to get to soupy at times. Overall. Very well written.

I often get stuck on a version and then learn later that I didnt know jack about the origins of the song.
I am gonna listen right now if youtube lets me! Being a Dylan fan, I should be knowing this stuff!

LOL no, BadF is a different song, beautiful song. I don't think Ham made up the tag "baby blue" but that the old Dylan song tag baby blue stuck in his head & he used it as a nick name for the girl. I'm a big Dylan fan so bear with me here.
Who were the influences on Ham, do you know? (never mind the McCartney connection, I mean earlier) What a tragic story, eh? Very sad end.
I think Dylan influenced just about everybody. Neil Young referred to him as his mentor, So many came from folk. Folk married the blues but black gospel was already married to both of them...or something like that.
Country western ran off and started her own life, had a fling with her cousin rock and roll but is still single. I hear they meet for drinks once and awhile down south somewhere. Rocknroll had so many kids, they're still running around everywhere.
Yup, I was a beatnik back in the day. Dylan & Baez ruled in my world. I like reflecting on those days.
