My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
My grandparents would roll over in their graves if they saw the price of cigarettes today!!!!!!
I have to remind myself that we have it better now...in some ways! After 40 years in the Working and Taxpaying mode, we are better off because we earned it!
But I can remember a much simpler time starting out.....when we thought we could live like kings with 3 little kids, a morgage on a trailer house, and a ten year old car IF we could JUST bring home $1800 month!
Its scary! Our first home cost less than my Jeep, and we would have just given up if we had seen what was coming.....Child care at $800 month, then car insurance for three teenagers OUCH! Not to mention education expenses, Thank God Boys spared us that one and chose Army and earned their own education funds!
I don't know how people manage now without years of savings and planning behind them! And that's not enough if you find yourself unemployed, underemployed, or have health issues.....yeah, even without such issues it's scary with all the inflated "Bubbles" floating in "ether money" out there now!
I heard a radio ad yesterday that just horrified me...
"Come on down.....we'll pay off up to $18,000 in credit card debt, and no car payment for 2 years!".
If that doesn't scare you....you need to listen to the old song "Sold My Soul to the Company Store"!
1. Lady Gaga wears ugly shoes.
2. I DO believe in global warming...I DO believe in global warming....
3. The Kardashians are so sickening!
