I bought the movie, about timothy treadwell, a very beautiful,amazing film..Got the most amazing up close pics of Grizzleys, just amazing............I think he did a wonderful job, at presenting life among the Bears..Just got a little cocky, with the wrong Bear, and well, he's history...sad shame really.

It was sad Argus, and it was amazing to see the film of his encounters....a true adventurer!

No bears here apart from in zoos. I like to watch programs about people and bears but they can end up as dinner. Steve Irwin got too familiar with a stingray and that was his downfall too. So the lesson is that although these creatures are fascinating they are still wild animals.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that he died - that is so sad. What a brave man he was. And how special that he brought this bear into his and our lives. I'm betting his bear really missed him after he died.

I guess he knew his risks but that is still such a shame.

I love the photo where they had the bear at the dinner table. That's a pretty special bear too.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
