The AC will be between 73F-71F in order survive the heat.
We had a nice time with our friends of many years. We had bbq chicken pizza, my fave.
Today Pantry and then Mom's and not looking forward to what we need to do, get Mom signing off on my forms. Also, her place will be so hot, we'll need to turn on the AC.
Sandra, I told the realitives what you said about where to stay away! We are close relatives, more just keep in touch through the family blog. Is it hot? Be careful lifting up all the concrete to put in the skiff.
Carly, Claxton Welch played on the Dallas Cowboys, New Orleans Saints and the New England Patriots. He was only 5'11" and 203 lbs. He also excelled in basketball. He was an amazing athlete and friend. Unfortunately he now has a form of dementia due to the years of playing football. It's not obvious as of yet. It looks like Mike's doctors are on top of his heart. Do they know what bacteria is growing in his lungs pneumonia?
Leo, miss you.

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...

We have cooled down. 87F here tonight. It is so much better than the 95 we had today.
I hope pantry went well. I am sure you were not looking forward to going to your mom's place. And I am sure will not want that a/c on. :-) I hope she will sign those forms. I wonder why she will not want to? I guess it is difficult giving up control even at her age or maybe I should say especially at her age.
Your friend must have been a great athlete. Playing basketball and being only 5'11' is major. I am so sorry he is going through this problem of dementia.
Mike's doctor's are all over everything. We are trying so hard to keep up. Everyday there is a new appointment. Or a new procedure. Just found out that Monday he is going to have the dye inserted up his leg to check his heart. It is so confusing to me and they are moving way to fast. I want to research everything but are not giving us enough time. I wonder if it is that crucial or can we wait? And of course you can't ever talk to anyone. You just can only read about yourself on your "My Chart". Never knew about a questionable bacteria in his lungs. I just thought it was pneumonia. Who the heck knows?
Sandra, hope all is well with you. I hope the concrete work goes well. It sounds like a really heavy job. No pun intended. :-)
Leo, I hope all is well with you.
Wishing everyone a great rest of the week.
xoxo
