Good morning to all.
Yesterday my knee popped and it hurt bad, then the pain went away. We went to lunch which requires quite a bit of walking to and from the bus, and we always choose the buffet. It hurt a little when walking, but not that much. I came home and sat in the chair for awhile and then I could hardly walk when I got up. Good old Ben Gay and some rest has done it wonders. It still hurts, but not so bad that I cannot stand it. Oh and Motrin helped too. Poor Ed gets so upset over the smallest things. He has a huge worry wart. He will be glad when he gets up that it is not so bad. I'll take it easy today and see how it feels tomorrow.

Has anyone else experienced this? Whenever pain is up I tend to become more creative which then helps to distract myself. Also, I start cooking ahead. Today I have both red/yams potatoes in the oven with Brussels sprouts. The pressure cooker has both the pork roast and stew meat. Oh, forgot steaming broccoli slaw. Or it could be my ADD/OCD/Pain does something weird to my brain. Need to figure this out.
I know I'll miss a few. Couldn't get going and had visitors, so late start. Treating myself to lunch between errands.

Ican get off right at the polling place, then just walk a couple of blocks home. It's been really hard finding a comprehensive voting guide here, but I have a good idea on most issues n candidates.
Pork chops are here! Big servings so those will those will be good w the beans!
