Good morning,
Temperature is rising again and it's going to be 84 f at noon on Wednesday.
A bit of rain for the garden would be appreciated at this point.
I bought a rechargeable hand pressure washer from Amazon, you put the hose bit into a bucket of water, I thought it would be ideal to water the garden with it, it says you can. Walking around with buckets of water up and down the garden was a pain in the ass, and I found the water is running out really quickly that I stored. So I'm hoping I've found an easier solution.
Yesterday I visited my sister and she's walking around but very careful with crutches. She showed me how far her leg bends sitting down and showed me what she has to practice.
Today I'm going to work on a section of the garden that needs a tidy up. I might have a go at painting the fence at the bottom.
Joanne, what did we do without the internet lol. It's our life now.
Carly I actually still have my landline! Doug is old fashioned and thinks we should keep it. I mean if Joanne couldn't use her mobile maybe he's right.. At least with Mike's procedure it isn't invasive you know like an operation.
Leo we haven't heard from you in a while. Always wondering what you are going through when you don't post.

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...

I long for the fall days for change from the heat of summer.
Did I mention the wonderful library director Jeff, had a medical issue and didn't survive. He was the best director as he let me have complete control of the food pantry. He also was supportive and a great boss of the librarians.
Sandra, our landline was so expansive and never used it for over a year so we got rid of it. It's not very often we lose the cell. I'm glad your sister is on her way to mending. As we get older and have other issues it does take so much longer.
Carly, when is Mike scheduled for his procedure? It will help the doctors to know what is going on in his heart and then to address it with the right outcome.
Leo, as always, hopefully you are ok.
On my way to drop off donations.
I hope that pressure washer works for you. I love pressure washing!
So good to hear that your sister is doing better.
Mike is the one who wanted the land line gone. Once I got use to my new cell phone I was ok with it but still sort of miss it.
Mike's appointment is Thursday to hear about the procedure and see if he can do it. I think that we need more time and study. I would like a second or even 3rd opinion. But what the heck do I know.?
Joanne, I am so sorry to hear about your wonderful library director, Jeff. I am so wanting to find a drop of center. HEB use to have one. I use to go to Goodwill but I don't want anyone to pay for it. I love a give away.
Leo, we miss you. What's up with you and your precious puma?
Love and hugs to all.
