Good morning. I'm early babysitting today. Exhausted as its third day in a row and I'm not used to getting up so early. I meant to take some melatonin last night to be sure I slept well and I forgot. Oh well, now I am off until at least Sunday, maybe longer.
Today I have a doctor's appointment back in town (1 hr drive) but bf still has to get more stuff from his old apartment so we are all going and we'll stay over at the old place for a couple nights. We can make sure its all cleaned while we're there.
I'm so tired I can hardly keep my eyes focused on the screen so that's all for now. Hope you all have a wonderful day, relax and take care of yourself. Love and hugs,

i finally got to sleep and woke with no headache - so far. i can't even think of making any plans yet. lots of coffee. a nap. playing with penny. it's nice and mild right now and we're just waiting for mr. squirrel. hoping for the best and wishing all the best day possible.
Lisa, I told my daughter a couple years ago "When you start having kids, at least you won't have to pay for daycare since I'm here". I don't know WTH I was thinking. I had to tell her that I was nuts to offer that. She kinda wondered herself how I would pull that rabbit out of my hat! I hope your little one isn't too energetic today and that you get a minute or two in between errands. Hugs
Serenity, I hope you and Penny have a nice, slow day. I'm brain dead in the morning. That's why I usually post in the afternoon so I get what you're saying. Have fun with Penny and the squirrel.
So here we are with 3 cats and the neighbor got this big damned dog who barks constantly. He can't break through our fence but it makes having coffee on the patio with the kitties kinda rough. Oh well, I guess I'll get used to it. Yesterday my body just shut down on me. I didn't do anything. My whole body hurt. I'm thinking fibro flare. Today I feel much better. I'm with you Serenity. I can't think of making plans for today yet either. I'm off for my second cup of coffee.
I'm sending out hopes for a low pain, peaceful day for all.

Dianna, I hope your daughter isnt holding you to that promise, LOLOL! May your fibro flare stay away!! I dont know what to do with big barking dogs, which is why we got a little one. If all else fails we pick him up!! Seriously, can you talk go the neighbors who own him?
I have a Do-Nothing Day ahead. I wake up and know it and try not to get too angry at myself. I think I might have chronic fatigue, but dont want to jump through the hoops to find out. I may revive after a nap, or wait and wake up like a spry jack in the box tomorrow.

Dianna a squirt gun works really great on barking dogs and cats on cars tee hee. I keep one nearby!
Dawn even if you went to the doctor over CF you would probably be told to get a constant good night sleep (same schedule) and exercise. I say we just got to ride it out and do what our body tells us.
I don't know what I'm doing today. I still feel like I'm moving in slow motion and my head is in the same pace. The weather is great though. Low 80's the next 5 days. Best July ever. Wish I felt like working in the yard dang blast it!
