Yesterday my daughter said she had plans to be out of her mobile home by the first of the year and that she was going to find an apartment with room enough for Ed and me. This is a real relief for us as our SS checks just aren't enough to live on. Okay this is going to take a great deal of planning and using up a good chunk of savings. I told her that I won't drive cross country until Spring, so I was thinking April.. We live in Phoenix, AZ and my daughter lives in Raleigh NC. At least they will have the apartment furnished so there won't be a need for a Uhaul..
We will do more talking when they come out to visit on September 23. I am excited about the move, but the weather is going to be a complete opposite.
Today is blanket brigade day. I love going to blanket brigade and talking to all the girls. Tomorrow is church and we will go out after church for lunch..

Buff I've so been in the do something different mode for so...........long now. You might get cold here in the winter, but bring it on! we'll go on down to CNW's it's warm there ;) Got to take the frog too!

It is one hot day out here folks! Poor Daisy Mae goes out to potty and jumps around her feet get so hot! I'm not kidding either. She needs some flip flops ;)
GrammaG your daughters offer sounds wonderful. Yes a different climate but such a savings and help for you all around having transportation and such. It is beautiful country. As you say there will be plenty of time to think about it. Have a wonderful time with the blanket brigade. Hopes up the finger is doing well with the trigger point injection.
Serenity my mind goes to stuffed peppers also. Is there a vegetarian stuffed pepper? Glad you are staying in resting and happier still you have an appointment to check on the leg. Wishing you peace today.

Toni sleep should be first for you little bird. Hate the sleepless nights. I lost out on Thursday night and caught up last night. Sleep helps. Excitement about our friend Brandi arriving to your home. Does she know about the temp.? Get that water hose out. A duck needs hosing down. Lucky you. So happy for you and Brandi.

What I said above is true. At 11am we were 84 by noon it was 94 and we are at 99.4. Hello summer. Our first really middle to high 90's all summer, I am blaming it on Jeb bringing it from Florida. He loves it he says.
Nothing on agenda. There was talk of a ball game, we have a great farm team. Too hot unless we see a cool down. So the boss says.

Sorry I'm so late, but I had a darn migraine all day from that pain in the neck! Literally, this is getting sooo annoying as well as this computer jumping around. This is my second time I've tried to post and had quite a bit typed before and just lost the whole thing.
So before I lose this one, just want to say it's good to see JC, RJ and Blaine! Great News Grammagus!
I hope all those suffering get some relief and for all those feeling good, I'm so glad you're getting some pain relief. Hope it lasts.

Good idea for Buffalo man on urban logging. I watched that happen on the woods across from us when they clear cut the pines. It was really cool. Doing it that way keeps the land from have ruts.
