1. Watching cats play in the honeysuckle and chase each other around the pecan tree.
2. Working in my flowerbed
3. Lazing around with my partner in crime (Hal).
4. Visiting with my friends on DS.
5. Playing my DS XL and not getting killed.
6. A nice, juicy James Patterson book
My glass is full today and I realize I've never had it so good, despite the pain.
Let's see....
1. Cuddling with my kitty while watching TV and all wrapped up in warm blankets.
2. Photography - I love catching that one moment that people think you aren't watching. A hidden smile, a surprised expression, sincere laughter
3. Butterflies. They are so beautiful and come from just a squishy caterpillar. Short lived and yet they float freely from flower to flower.
4. Cooking. I love creating something delicious from fresh, organic ingredients.
5. Going home from the doctor after hearing the words "no blood work today" (Doesn't happen often).
There are many more things that I try to find happiness in, but that's a nice short list.

Great post Martin.... Huge (((Hugs)))) Everybody..
For me it is very hard to find those things. I work really hard to see the simple things, the little moments of joy.
1. My rescue dog who is all of 8 lbs. and afraid of the world jumps backwards hopping like a rabbit when I come home. Too funny.
2. My hubbie's 12 lbs Schnauser will attack any ball any size. We brought in the huge exercise ball for her. She went nuts trying to pick it up and run with it. She jumped up and down, stood on her hind legs trying to walk it into her room, she cried, barked, ran in circles around it, and would not give up. We finally had to hide the ball. Can't say she wasn't determined. LOL
3. Most pets, like small children, can bring a smile.
4. to have a good day and enjoy it, is a choice that we make before we get out of bed. (Somedays I should have that typed and taped on my ceiling so I can remind myself of that. ) LOL
Hugs-RJ
