Lisa....man do I need to catch up with things. It sounds like the baby is doing really well!! That does make for long days at the hospital. Take care of yourself
As for me...well now it's 10:00 am I'm waiting for the girls to get up. I was up at 4 until 6 then was able to get a little more sleep.
Today and tomorrow I have to use less pain meds because my insurance won't fill the refill until the 5. They said I am taking too much. Ohh really...hmmm...I wonder if they have had spinal fusion go horribly wrong??? They actually think I should be able to take the same amount I was taking pre op??? Yeah...that will work...
Well I guess they are making my fentanyl decision much easier.
We'll find out Monday
Have a great Saturday. It is beautiful here!! 70 and sunny...soo wish I could enjoy it
Autumn
Autumn, how do a bunch of men in blue suits determine how much a patient needs in order to function??? That makes me furious when non-medical people make those decisions. I hope you're able to start the Fentanyl soon. You could always stop when the pain subsides. Warm regards.
I'm beginning to feel a little bit back to normal today. I went to Home Depot yesterday for wallpaper remover and paint. The guys are tearing up our bathroom on Monday. After the bathroom is in, I'll paint the walls. I'm mixing sand in the paint to texturize. Today I'm going to take it easy. I hope everyone else does too.
"No Mom I will paint that, what color would you like?"
"Here, you sit on the deck that I built you last spring and you drink lemonade while I mow the grass."
I bet everything will look beautiful, Dianna. Please show us a photo in the gallery. So do you have to keep stirring the paint, so the sand doesnt go to the bottom? Go easy on yourself. Painting is so hard on the joints!!
Great news about little Oliver and his healthy sucking and strong cries! Blessings to you all!
Autumn, you have inspired me to write a poem about pharmacies. They should have blood pressure cuffs beside their drive-thru window, to see how much our bp rises when we go there. Yesterday I got Lyrica for $250.00. No idea if insurance will reimburse us.
Its sunny and I feel ambitious, so YAY!
Wishing you all a fine Saturday, Dawn
Autumn I'm pissed off for you errrr. How dare some insurance company determine what meds you need! Where is there doctorate? Please don't let this set you back.
Dawn is there a generic for Lyrica? That's one I never heard a generic about. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer about free or reduced fees for it?
Nothing going down around here. I keep waiting for the maid to show up every day, but he just doesn't. The chef doesn't either. when can a girl get a break? Such is the life!
A glorious day to all!
Toni
