It is overcast and I had planned on sheet and blanket washing day but our main water line is broken are will be repaired in a few hours today. I'm always amazed no one is ever caught in the shower when this happens.
Sandra, on the weather scale over ten years there has been an increase in the average summer heat. One brother lives in Italy and is roasting all day and also at night. The Amalfi coast doesn't even cool at night. How about your experience with your heat?
Leo, it seems to me many of us have very complicated lives with medical and family issues. My hope is things settle.
Carly, how is Mike doing and what has the testing showed for moving forward? How are you and make sure you are taking care of your blood pressure.
I need to be motivated, maybe I'll paint the dining table.

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...

I am on me time! Mike is at the ranch.
I was so worried that he would not be able to keep up with all those pills but sounds like he is doing ok with it. There were a lot of phone calls but I'm ok with that. Let's see how much he forgets once he is home. It will all be on me again. It's sort of funny that he seems to get up and eat all night without me but once I wake he is completely helpless. lol
He got a call from the doctor and his pnuemonia (sp?) is back but only on one lung. Now more pills as in antibiotics.
And yet another appointment for an ex-ray of of the lung. I just cannot keep up.
One great thing is that we have running water at the ranch. We got a new pump and all is working fine.....finally.
Joanne, of course feeling your pain with anything broken and water related. I can't believe I went for 3 day's without running water. It is amazing how you adapt to figure out a way to make things work. It also helps when you have good neighbors that have running water.
How many siblings do you have?
According to me my BP is just fine.....because I stopped taking it.
I hope you will be happy with the color of painting the dining table....for at least a day or two. :-))
Tomorrow for me is all sheets off and washed. Since Mike is away it will be easy.
Leo, hope everything is going ok with you.
Sandra, When I looked at our temp today I couldn't believe it was 100 degrees! Since Mike is away I enjoyed putting the a/c down to 75. I really do feel bad that I don't google and see the difference of degrees. Celsius vs F. Heck, I can't even spell it.
Wishing everyone a great rest of the weekend.
xoxo
