Good Sunday morning to to all!
The weather here is cool and rainy and promises to be this way for a few days. For the end of November it's good. As we say at least you don't have to shovel rain. But it's not good for my pain levels. I haven't been sleeping well but then, when do I?
We're hard at work in Santa's workshop making stuff for Christmas. I'm taking it slow and easy, pacing myself so I don't hurt more than necessary. My shoulders can't handle much so switching between projects gives them a break. I also have something on the go for mom's birthday Dec 9th though I probably won't see her until Christmas if even then.
Our little island is starting to feel the effects of the second wave. Last week masks were made mandatory in all indoor public places and our Atlantic bubble burst. All provincial borders are closed again. No opposition to that here thankfully.
Yesterday we had 2 new cases which isn't much but one was a highschool student so people are freaking out about community spread. He plays hockey and was out of province for a game. He's been in school ever since and they are not having much luck with masks and social distancing in the highschools here. I expect we'll be hearing about lots more cases in the coming weeks.
I've read all the posts I missed and hope everyone is doing ok. Moonie, hope your IBS is back under control. Toni, is your mother anywhere near budging on the Dr issue yet. I'll be back in to look for today's replies later.

Good to see you again. Sure sounds like you’ve been busy. Glad you can spend your energy on that instead of paper delivery. So sorry to hear your community is going through covid like so many others. It’s a scary time.
I’m back to tolerable pain today. The below freezing nights begin tonight. At least my MRI is at 11am tomorrow so I won’t be freezing. I don’t know how I’ll get on the table when it hurts so bad to just get of bed.
I’ll keep my to do list as small as possible today.

Good to see you Lisa, wish you could say you were feeling great on your tropical island! Wishing is free! Sorry to hear covid is back on the rise and with a young man. It's going to take awhile, but we all will get a handle on this. Glad you're pacing while you're creating. No luck with my mom yet.
Serenity hope you feel better today with some rest, so not only do you get a break, but it makes that MRI easier tomorrow. A good day of a whole lot of nothing!
I had a bed full of hairy monsters last night, Luma included. She will get spoiled on it though, she's the only one that get herself up here on her own.
I called my brother yesterday to wish him a happy birthday only to find out it was on Thanksgiving, I goofed for the 1st time ever. I'm slipping.
I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm having trouble getting my computer to connect to the internet, err! Here I finally made it to refill day and it won't work for me. I'm disappointed. I'll have to figure it out, I told my Ohio sister we'd chat on zoom. So you all know my motivation today : )

Lisa-you are fortunate to be in a place where they are taking Covid seriously and mandating masks. Sorry about the added pain, understanding.
Serenity-have you thought about medication to minimize pain on your MRI? I'm pre-medicated so I can lie there, however you do need a driver. I do hope it goes quickly.
Toni-You are probably smarter then me with IT things, when I couldn't get it connected it was an oops! moment. The computer settings were on off on bluetooth and I needed to press the WAP on the router. Hopefully you'll get it figured out!
Fortunately the ileitis calmed down which the vertigo at the same time caused utter havoc with how I was feeling has abated. Only have a tad of the vertigo this morning. Nausea is better. Hate nausea.
Today is going to be easy with watching football.

We went out for a few things earlier and I took an awful pain that shot from my lower back all the way up to my neck and right shoulder and into my head. It left me on bad shape and with a cracking headache. I'm on the couch now with the TENS on my back. Guess I'm done in for today. Can't even sit up to craft. Instead we're watching Hunger Games. We have all 4 movies.
