1. Never hide it all in one place (that way if they find some of it, they think they've found it all and they stop looking.
2. Be clever. Places they never bother to look. (I think someone mentioned the freezer) (a bag of veggies, taped under the kitchen sink with cleaning supplies, between the pages of your favorite book, inside the suitcase in the closet that you only take out for vacations, etc.)
3. Once you hide it, forget about it until you need it. If you go check the place over and over, eventually they are going to notice that things have been moved....
LOL... I am a master of hiding stuff. It's surprising how inventive you can be when you need to.
You have some great ideas. I can find a million places to hide also. Sock drawer, in my suit that I only wear once a year. Its fun to hide stuff, but getting old so I might forget where I put it. Not a lot of money but just some for a rainy day. I still like the dig up the back yard idea but with the floods lately..... Plus Toni would find the loose soil. Thanks so much to all for playing the game!! Love Ya'll.

I'm not sure what it is you think is disrespectful. This thread was meant to be a joke. My wife and I have separate accounts. Always have and always will. She has her money and I have mine. Therfore we never argue about money. Works great for us.
Seeing as she is often abusive to me, it is important that I have an emergency fund of cash in case I need to get out of the house or for a hotel for my safety. You want me to be safe dont you? That is what the Ladies in the Abuse forum told me to do anyway. So I would say to be kicked out of your own house is disrespectful. Things may not always be as they seem.
