I think anyone who works a min wage job and has gotten good at it should get paid more....its hard work! Taking out trashes...cooking...cleaning....just saying

Good one, Ray---there's never a pay raise for the people who are stuck earnign the same minimum wage let's say five years when they're good at the job.

I'll get someone mad, I'm sure, but RESEARCH SCIENTISTS. The reason they pubilsh iffy crap and so on is b/c if they can't point to a list of "publications" they can't get grants, and osme of the stuff they're doing is hugely important even if the average person doesn't see how at the moment. A lot of those studies are crap b/c they can't afford to do a long-term, large-sampled, well-built study---whic is the kind that works best for, say, medical research---and then a few of them make all look bad by starting companies to profiteer from their own iffy research---or they have to turn to major corporations to fund them, and yeah, that really doesn't bias anything (NOT)....

So on behalf of scientific inquiry purity, that's my thought. Which, since it's 445 AM, is about as coherent as one could expect, LOL!
