Counsellors, I know I caused some duress in some after sharing what I went through and it's hard dealing with others misery day in and day out.

Absolutely on EMS and nurses and I will add Family General Practice docs. THey make very little compared to other doctors, but have to do an amazing amount, including screen/triage/etc. with a much broader overall knowledge base without the $$ that the specialists get.

Bartenders, after the ones you already listed as I did it for years for less than min wage and then deal with them if they got nasty when they were drunk and maybe get tipped. You had better hoped you worked in a busy place.
