Good morning all my good friends. On Saturday I went out to my friend who had surgery on her foot. The lady I ride with and I helped clean out one of her bedrooms because her sister is going to live with her. Her sister is in a wheelchair due to polio when she was six which was about 60 years ago. They are good for each other and they need to be together.
It was a good day and we had fun while working, but my shoulders and arms are rather sore.
I always come home with something from Lois' house. This time it was more baby yarn, 3 printed embroidery kits, some stuffing for my toys, and a very good book.
Since we're not going to NC right now, I have decided to start my crochet business up. I tried before, but I guess I was never serious enough. This time I am serious and I know it will be a lot of work, but I am up for it. Today I babysit to get the money for my business cards. I received my free phone and that will be the number I use for my business. My business name is Grammagus Gift Gallery.
We are supposed to get some rain today. The temps will still be in the 70's but the rain is welcome..

Serenity my parents have been feeling the age crunch also as they are seeing more and more passing on. Really sad. It would be hard to describe to your Mom an Oscar party here LOL, heck there's members on ds that wouldn't understand!

I'm hoping Erika isn't feeling to rough after her surgery and all went well. Let's see it's only 4:30ish her time so she won't even be home yet. (((Erika)))

Daughter in law called about the young people MVA death and the sadness. Then to tell me she does not have cancer. It is fibroids and will have her hysterectomy as planned on Thursday. She is taking her blood thinners by abdominal shots ( blood clotting disorder ). She was nauseated and dizzy so asked my son to inject her by pinching some skin and injecting. She said he grabbed, crushed and shoved.....OUCH! He was so sorry he miss understood but then pointed out she was nt longer dizzy. That did make me laugh.
We can be sad but life does go on and that call brought me back into the moment of her life and being scared. She always calls me for a support.
