Good morning to all. Up early with insomnia. I have had a couple really good nights sleep though, so tonight won't be too bad. I'll go back to bed soon and get a few more zzz s.
Our move has been put on hold due to several things, but that is okay as Ed really doesn't want to move. Also the rain and cold we had last week were really hard on him. HIs pain level went through the roof. We are unpacking the few things that we had packed as we are tired of living among the boxes. My arms and legs hurt from putting things away. Today will be a day of rest. I have to get another alligator finished by Sunday morning.
We had to get a digital tv. Our old analog tv went out and the converter box went out. It is nice to not have to play with turning the power on and off just to get the tv on.
It is feeling like spring here or almost summer. Our temps are reaching the low to mid 80's this week, and to think a week ago, it was quite cool for here. They say if we don't get some more snow in the mountains before spring we will have a really heavy monsoon season this summer.

Dianna-wore the patch on my SI until I learned to do the exercises that ended the pain. The patch worked really well which made me happy because oral meds do not and I have serious issues then. When my foot was broke and had torn ligaments I actually put the patch on my foot and it was a miracle since I could not tolerate oral meds. My Dad used them but has an allergic reaction. Oh, I did get a slight rash from the adhesive which I ignored.
Did I miss anyone? If I go back to the first page I lose what I have written.........
A friend with the same PMR and developed the Giant Cell Arteritis ( brain vasculitis-stroke and bleeding ) from her idiot doctor lowering the prednisone too quickly called and we are meeting for lunch. Her vasculation is causing the vessel in her feet to ooze and it is horrible. She wears summer sandals only and changes socks all day. She is close to 80 and this really sucks as she is a caretaker for her husband with a degenerative disease.
Tonight is our date night so no cooking dinner.

i bought myself a lavender plant as a splurge.
i really dumped on the receptionist at my dr's office clearly stating that i needed to talk to my dr. before i come in or have any more expensive, unaffordable tests. she was so kind and patient.
i'm going to take a nap and deal with life after that.
wishing each and everyone some relief and positivity.
Just wanted you'd to know I came back to catch up on how everyone's doing.
