the skies are already pretty dark here - thunder and lightning are starting. penny was already hiding in the tub when i got up.
how did our friends west of here do yesterday? i saw some devastating scenes on the morning weather report. i have a good vantage spot to watch the storms from here. just hoping no tornadoes come through. i'll putter around inside today.

hoping everyone is safe and sound and has a low pain, low stress day. can't wait to hear how ME feels getting that brace off!

Serenity, storms are hitting everyone but my town. They just seem to go around us. I mean, come on, can't we just get a few sprinkles? It's gonna be 72 today which is a relief because we've been getting days in the 80's-90's with high humidity. Ahhhh, poor Penny. I hope the thunder and lightening don't spook her too much. I still haven't had any coffee yet so it's pretty early for me. My back is raising cane with me so I'm going to go put my legs up. I've been a naughty, naughty girl lately with all the running around so my body is grounding me today. I hope everyone has a manageable day and please pray for Autumn. She really needs it right now.

GrammaG I hope you enjoy your day. What you do is wonderful. I am going to send you a PM about the vascular ischemic thing. Two years ago after a brain MRI with contrast they found microvascular ischemic in the peri ventricular white matter.

Serenity serious business when Penny is in tub waiting. I bet she likes the tub for coolness also and if your temps were as high as ours were yesterday that was a cool spot for her. Be safe.

Hello! I'm usually late, but this is way past my usual time!

I had my eye appt. this morning and I have 3 more weeks on the drops more or less I'm weening off of the stuff the last week. Then I can get my reg. exam.

Then I went to W-M to get my tires aired up right and asked about the price of a tire rotation and went for it. I got in there and bs-ed with them and they gave it to me for free! I picked up a b-day present for my mom and some groceries while waiting. Ran into someone I hadn't seen in awhile. Got home and crashed.

I just remembered I didn't pick up my meds errrr. So I've got to get out tomorrow.

We have had rain for 4 days now, but it stopped around 5:30am. We were in the flood zone and under a tornado watch all day yesterday, but I haven't heard of any damages in this area TYG. Serenity poor Daisy Mae shakes like a leaf thru all of this, I wish there was some way we could reassure them.

I hope everyone had as calm of a day as possible and those pain levels are down.
