Finally it is Christmas Eve and this is one evening that I really look forward to. The church I attend has a beautiful candle light service. It is at 6:30 so it is early enough for those that have other plans for later, like playing Santa Claus. This service really uplifts me and I would really be sad if I missed it.

Its minus twenty with windchill. Yes, it is my favorite days of the year. Seeing kids/grandkids today. Christmas Eve Breakfast.
Hope hubby gets home in time for going to the church we were married in for candlelight service. He loves the organ music. I love the boys choir and all the hymns.
Does your service end with sharing light from one anothers candles? I guess so, since its a candlelight service!
Have to get dressed, and bake casserole and I will be out the door to warm up van.

It's cold and snowy here this morning so it looks like we'll have a white Christmas.
Planning for a low key day; on call for work until 4:00. I'm making a lasagna for dinner and hubby and I will exchange our gifts tonight. Having a Skype " party" with Dad, Brother, SIL and nephew.

Seek, it's Christmas in Australia! Hope Santa brings you something special. They are showing the Santa Tracker on the news this morning and it shows he has already visited Australia and is now in China. :)

i used to go to a Christmas eve service, but don't think i can this year. my sister and her fiance will have his family over with his kids and GKs. tomorrow mother, dad and i will celebrate with them. she wants a traditional dinner. today, i'll be wrapping gifts and listening to Christmas music. plenty of little things to finish.

It's already 36 this a.m with a projected high of 60. It's the wind that gets to me. Still blue not knowing if Max is warm and being treated well. That's my prayer for him. Pain is a little iffey so far. But no last minute trips to the store, thank God!

Dianna, .Hey girl, I'm sorry your still in pain and hurting without Max. I wish you could know exactly where he was just for your peace of mind. I know you already had your Christmas Dinner with the kids, but I hope and pray you and Hal have a blessed day tomorrow with low pain, low stress. Thank you honey for being such a great friend to me, especially with all of the stress I've had with my dad. You've always been right there for me and I sooooo appreciate you, your friendship, your caring ways,.and Santa will be visiting your house too, I'm sure (lol) I had to give you a little laugh.... I'm making deviled eggs tonight to bring to my sister Pat's tomorrow. Dad and I will go to Ft. Lauderdale about 11 a.m. and spend the day with my niece and nephews on the Intercostal. It's my first Christmas in Florida so it's a little different for me, but as long as I'm with dad and my nephews, Christmas will be great!
